Features：

1. Separated structure design: this machine is comprised of material roll unwinding part and die cutting rewinding part.

2. Material roll unwinding part: adopt hydraulic system for lifting up the material jumbo roll automatically; adopt EPC system for the web guiding (EPC system: Edge Position Control adopt servo motor for driving, ultrasonic sensor for detecting).

3. Adopt paper connecting table: it is easy to feeding paper when replacing the paper jumbo roll after the previous one is finished.  

4. The die cutting is finished by a rotary knife mould. We use the modular construction design so as to replace the knife mould fast and easily.

5. Adopt automatic tension control system for unwinding and rewinding.

6. The rewinding shaft can trace the main motor speed automatically so that to get a perfect rewinding.

7. The rewinding shaft has an automatic pneumatic control system for the rewinding pressure control.

8. Automatic length control: when the setting rewinding length is finished, the machine can slow down speed and stop automatically.

9. Adopt servo motor system to drive the main machine, has a stable working performance.

10. PLC program control, touch screen operate.

11. The machine has a optional function: it can working with a cutting device to cut the honeycomb paper with a setting length.
